I am doing private sessions and occasional events at this time. Events will be posted on my social media pages (Facebook & Instagram).

WHAT IS A “SOURCE SESSION” AND WHY WOULD I WANT ONE?

Cathy uses the word “Source” because she considers it an all-encompassing word for the Divine: God, angels, guides, loved ones that have passed, and inner-self / higher consciousness. In a session, Cathy will connect and determine what is needed at that time. There are many tools to help in a session: reiki/chakra work, affirmation cards, music, aromatherapy, light touch, sound, conversation and coaching, or guided meditation.  Each session is unique and specific to your needs.

Sometimes we just need a boost or clearing. We may be stuck on a problem, or in physical pain. If you want a more balanced, relaxed state of body and mind, a Source Session can help.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A SESSION? 

You can expect a safe, comfortable, confidential environment for healing and discussion. You will have uninterrupted presence and honesty. Cathy will ask the same from you, and an open mind and heart will serve you best. You will work together for your best self and healing! Be thinking of what your intention is for the session. How do you want to FEEL afterwards? Most people report feeling SUPER CHILL after a session. Factor this in…spend time walking by the creek or journalling afterwards. This is YOUR TIME.
